Cancellation before an order has been shipped.
We understand sometimes customers make mistakes. When a customer makes an order and needs cancel, please contact us immediately.
If we have not shipped your order, contact us before we ship and we will simply refund your full purchase amount including any shipping charges.
However if a customer needs to cancel an order AFTER we have already shipped their order, the customer will be responsible for the original and the return shipping charges as well as any restocking fees. Please read below for more details.
Cancellation after an order has been shipped and/or customer refusal of delivery.
We understand that customers sometimes need to cancel, for whatever reason. It is imperative if a customer needs to cancel, the need to contact us immediately after making their order. In the unfortunate case a customer waits until after we ship their order to contact us to cancel, or in cases where the customer never contacts us about canceling their order and just refuses delivery, then the customer will be charged to following fees upon return of the shipment.
- Customer will be responsible for shipping charges of returning the shipment back to us. This charge will be deducted from the amount of the customer refund. This fee does not apply if the customer pays for return shipping charges themselves.
- Customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges. These charges will be deducted from the customer refund.
- Customer will be subject to up to a 20% restocking fee of the price of the returned items. This charge will also be deducted from the customer refund.
- No refunds will be issued until an order has been shipped back to us. All orders must be returned in their original condition including any retail packaging, manuals, etc (if applicable).
Returns for defective items or items damaged during shipping
Customers that that find an item defective or receive items that were damaged during shipping must contact us immediately for a Return Merchandise Authorization. Any shipping damages will be covered with the applicable shipping insurance. For defective items, we offer a refund of the item price upon receipt of the defective product or a like item exchange.
